Sample / illustrative methodology

See what the review can deliver.

The observations below are hypothetical teaching examples, not measured results for a client or the MajorUltra site. An actual preliminary review provides a bounded summary based on accessible information and your priorities; not every example item is promised for every request.

How should priorities be read?

  • Critical: an access or core-function blocker; verify first.
  • High: materially obstructs service understanding or enquiries.
  • Medium: a measurement, consistency or workflow improvement.
  • Opportunity: a development hypothesis needing separate scope.

Priority is not a traffic, ranking or revenue forecast. Review it alongside access, effort and evidence confidence.

High

Search visibility

Observation

The buyer question and landing page do not align.

Why it matters

The visit may end before becoming a suitable enquiry.

Next action

Review actual query/page evidence and map the priority service intent to one page.

Critical

Technical SEO

Observation

A hypothetical commercial page is unintentionally marked noindex.

Why it matters

A page intended for indexing may not be eligible for discovery.

Next action

Confirm indexing intent and check status, robots, canonical and noindex together.

High

Local presence

Observation

Profile use is proposed before location and coverage are verified.

Why it matters

Inaccurate location information can mislead customers; profile eligibility is a separate check.

Next action

Verify the operating model and Google guidance; do not publish unverified addresses.

High

Service-page clarity

Observation

The first screen does not explain the buyer or service.

Why it matters

A buyer cannot determine whether their need fits the scope.

Next action

Clarify the service, suitable buyer, scope boundary and first step.

High

Conversion path

Observation

Unnecessary required mobile fields make first contact harder.

Why it matters

Data unnecessary for the initial conversation can add friction.

Next action

Limit requirements to initial enquiry information and check labels/errors on mobile.

Medium

Measurement

Observation

Page visits and successful enquiries are reported as the same outcome.

Why it matters

The report does not describe the actual enquiry funnel.

Next action

Define permitted submission events separately; never send form values to analytics.

Opportunity

Competitor observations

Observation

Compared sites do not target the same service or buyer.

Why it matters

An unrelated competitor can lead to the wrong priorities.

Next action

Compare scope and page clarity for the same commercial intent without inventing revenue.

Medium

Priority matrix

Observation

Every recommendation is listed with the same importance and effort.

Why it matters

The team cannot easily choose the first implementable action.

Next action

Separate impact, confidence, access and effort with reasons; approve implementation scope separately.

Boundary of the free review

This page explains the format; it is not a completed audit of your website. The free review excludes implementation, full keyword/competitor research, account audits, software security testing and ongoing consulting. Deeper work needs separately agreed access, scope and a proposal.
